Wild, Wild West

We had our Hallelujah Party last night for the community. The theme this year was Wild, Wild West. Elizabeth was an Indian girl and Jeremiah was Teddy Roosevelt (he's been studying him in school). We had games, stories, music, candy, food, and lots of fun. The majority of kids aren't from our church, so it's a great opportunity to connect with others.

Yesterday was a party with the kids. Today I had lunch with the Senior Saints. Tomorrow I leave for the statewide youth convention. I guess I should have planned something for mid-adults to complete the generations.

Be Refreshed!

Proverb of the Day: Proverbs 1:32-33 For the waywardness of the simple will kill them, and the complacency of fools will destroy them; but whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm.

Scripture of the Day: John 3:17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

Quote of the Day: A pharisee is hard on others and easy on himself, but a spiritual man is easy on others and hard on himself. A. W. Tozer
