The guys had week one of the BAMM Men's Winter Pentathlon last night. Our spiritual theme for the night was Discipline of Perseverance and the event was Checkers. We hadn't done checkers in a couple of years and everyone bad mouthed it, but it always gets the most intense night of action. It was about 11 before I made it home. Kris B. was the checkers champion on the night and is off and running to defend his first place trophy of 2006-07.
Speaking of competition, it's about time for more Sports Week in Review. Both Ethan & Isaac are playing basketball at Cornerstone this winter and games are underway now.
