More Ninjas Please

We had a fun time putting the adults and youth together last night, although the participation of the adults in the Blind Ninja game was woefully lacking. My lovely wife did take a couple of blows to the head though, so I better give her credit. One of the adults even said we should do it again sometime. (The evening as a whole, not necessarily that game)

Thanksgiving is just two weeks away. Have you begun (or hopefully continued) your season of giving thanks?

Be Refreshed!

Proverb of the Day: Proverbs 8:13 To fear the LORD is to hate evil; I hate pride and arrogance, evil behavior and perverse speech.

Scripture of the Day: Ephesians 5:18 Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit.

Quote of the Day: "Pride slays thanksgiving, but an humble mind is the soil out of which thanks naturally grow. A proud man is seldom a grateful man, for he never thinks he gets as much as he deserves." Henry Ward Beecher
