Mmmmm... Fungi

We visited some old friends while down in Quincy a couple weeks ago and he made the mistake about bragging on his huge Morel mushroom find (4 bags full!). It's been 20 years since I've had one so we talked them into frying up a big batch. Sliced in half, dipped in egg, rolled in cracker crumbs, and fried in butter. Now that's living.
